His years as a volunteer counselor at SCORE and as a mediator at the Mediation Center of Greater Green Bay has provided a variety of challenges which he has developed many creative solutions for.

He knows how to read the market, penetrate it and set up methods and procedures to keep the direction of the young, and usually under capitalized, company moving forward. His focus is to to prove a business concept or need with various techniques to test it before investing large sums of money.

Another area that comes in a close second is helping someone get unstuck and start moving forward again. He also likes to find workable solutions to challenging problems.
